Yusmarg

Yusmarg, translating to "Meadow of Milk," is a serene and picturesque destination located about 50 kilometers from Srinagar. Aru Valley**

Aru Valley is a hidden gem nestled about 12 kilometers from Pahalgam, known for its pristine beauty and tranquil environment. Surrounded by lush green meadows and cradled by snow-capped peaks, Aru Valley is a haven for trekkers and nature enthusiasts. The valley serves as a base for several treks, including the famous trek to the Kolahoi Glacier. Betaab Valley**

Located about 15 kilometers from Pahalgam, Betaab Valley is named after the Bollywood film "Betaab," which showcased its stunning landscapes. The valley is renowned for its breathtaking beauty, characterized by lush green meadows, clear streams, and towering snow-capped peaks. Betaab Valley is an ideal spot for outdoor activities such as trekking, picnicking, and photography. Tour Itinerary

Day 1: ARRIVAL AT SRINAGAR AIRPORT / TOURIST TAXI STAND- SRINAGAR LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (MUGHAL GARDENS)

A meet and greet has been arranged for you at Srinagar Airport. Welcome to the Srinagar, The Lake City. On arrival at Srinagar Airport, being your tour of 'Exotic Kashmir'. You will be transferred the famous Mughal gardens in Srinagar which are Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure), Shankaracharya Temple, Hazratbal Shrine and Shalimar Bagh (abode of love), Pari mahal. These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of the two gardens and has an impressive plantation of Chinar trees on its highest terrace. Both the gardens are built on a symmetrical plan of central waterways with fountains dividing a series of gardened terraces. Night stay at Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 2 : SRINAGAR – SONMARG DAY TRIP -SRINAGAR

After breakfast leave from Srinagar and drive towards Sonmarg. Sonmarg (2800Mtrs above sea level), which means ' meadow of gold ' has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh meanders along here and abounds with trout and mahseer, snow trout can be caught in the main river. The visitors can have access to snow which is furnished all over like a white carpet. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajwas glacier a major attraction during the summer months. In the evening return back to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight in Hotel.

Day 3 : SRINAGAR – YOUSMARG DAY TRIP -SRINAGAR

After Breakfast, proceed for an excursion tour to Yusmarg. Yusmarg is a small meadow set in the heart of mountains to the south-west of Srinagar. It is an ideal picnic spot and the Nilnag Lake can be visited from here. A two hour drive from Srinagar (47 kms ) will take you to acres upon acres of grassy meadow ringed by forests of pine, and towering beyond them, awesome and majestic snow clad mountains. Later return to Srinagar.Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar Hotel.

Day 4: SRINAGAR –GULMARG NIGHT STAY

Today after breakfast we wll leave for day excurtion of famous destination Gulmarg., on the way do sightseeing of saffron feilds and nature view of the valley. Gulmarg -At an amazing altitude of 2730 meters above sea level the hill resort has a gently sloping topography. Gulmarg is 57 km southwest from the capital city of Srinagar. The gorgeous hill resort of Gulmarg is dotted with sites of interest for the tourists. Khilanmarg is the spot for skiing in winters. You must enjoy the views of the Kashmir valley and the Himalayan range from Khilanmarg. It takes a couple of hours by pony, to reach Khilanmarg as it is slightly longer on foot. Gulmarg is the most beautiful winter resort in the valley. It is popular for its highest golf course and skiing in winters. Day 5: GULMARG - PHALGHAM-NIGHTSTAY

A warm cup of tea with delicious breakfast should get you ready You will be transferred to the Pahalgam known for being ancient Hindu temples during the reign of King Avantiman who ruled during AD 855-833. They are all famous for being the site for Bollywood movies. If you have a taste for adventure rides then a visit to Pahalgam club, Children Park, and Zoo is a must. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. Enjoy the nature charm of the valley. Pahalgam is also famous for its alpine treks, nature walk and is also the central point of Amaranth Yatra. Dinner& overnight in Hotel.

Day 6: GULMARG - PHALGHAM-NIGHTSTAY

Morning: Drive back to Srinagar (approximately 80 km, 2.5 hours). Check-in to your hotel or houseboat. Return to Srinagar and check-in to your accommodation. Afternoon: Free time for shopping or exploring local markets in Srinagar. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon exploring local shops and markets. Evening: Farewell dinner in Srinagar. Overnight stay.
